As first European hotel for the "1 Hotels" eco-luxury hotel group, the Aurore will be located in the heart of the 13th arrondissement of Paris, in the Tolbiac-Chevaleret district and therefore in close proximity to the François Mitterrand library. The hotel will have 140 rooms, including 23 suites, a café overlooking the Claude-Lévi-Strauss promenade, a restaurant-bar with a panoramic view, as well as a 1000 m² fitness centre and spa and the "Nuage Café", a coworking café. Within this 12,700 m² property, a second building will house a youth hostel, the Slo Living Hostel, with 179 beds, as well as a cabaret designed by La Bellevilloise.
The two buildings are designed in wood and bronze metal, and will be connected by a breath-taking 28-metre-high planted walkway.

EKLO Paris is the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition centre's new hotel. As a complement to the existing accommodation offering, the hotel provides an innovative and ecological concept through its affordable urban lifestyle positioning. Many environmentally responsible features will be implemented here, such as preventing water, energy or food wastage, as well as sorting and recycling of waste.

Hyatt is hitting Cannes, opening a 152-room and 7-suite Hyatt Place. With a prime seafront location, it will be close to one of the marinas. Guests will have access to the city centre and the Old Course at the Cannes-Mandelieu golf club.
It will feature two dining areas, the Zoom Glocal Dining bar-restaurant, a rooftop, an infinity pool with sea views and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. As its name suggests, the hotel is built mainly in - environmentally responsible - wood, with 84 units: junior and senior suites, 5 villas for rent with panoramic ocean views. On the services side, it will provide a huge 50-metre swimming pool, a large spa, a wine workshop and a gourmet restaurant. The opening of what will be the first luxury hotel in the region is eagerly awaited by the islanders.

Located in the charming West London district of Bayswater, the luxury hotel will be close to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Housed in the historic art deco former Whiteleys department store, it will retain its original Grade II façade, central courtyard and dome, as well as the majestic interior staircase (inspired by Milan's La Scala opera house), which forms the centrepiece of the hotel's ground floor.
It will have 110 luxury rooms of at least 33 square metres, suites and 14 private residences. There will be an all-day restaurant with an open kitchen and indoor and outdoor seating, an Alchemy bar, and a lounge. In addition, a 325 square metre area will be dedicated to wellness with a fitness centre, a 20-metre indoor swimming pool, a relaxation room with vaulted ceilings and the famous Six Senses spa with 12 treatment rooms. After almost a decade, St Regis is finally coming back to London! Taking over the former glamorous Westbury Mayfair Hotel, after an extensive refurbishment and the addition of an eighth floor, The St Regis London will be opening on the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street in the ultra-exclusive Mayfair area.
The hotel will feature 196 elegant guest rooms and suites, a signature restaurant, a speakeasy jazz bar, fitness centre and spa, as well as the brand's signature butler service. The iconic Polo Bar, originally designed by the American Philipps family, is being preserved.

Its aim is to provide a new kind of hospitality with a spirit of discovery, nightlife fantasy and the adventure of new encounters. Unspoilt and attractive, this part of the world remains relatively little known. In ancient times, however, it was a busy trade route used by the Nabateans. On the way, they would set up camp and gather around the fire under the starry sky.
Inspired by the historic incense trade route, the desert plains, wadis and mighty Hijaz mountains, Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea will invite its guests to savour an exceptional natural and cultural experience.
The resort is a veritable oasis of lush flora blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. The structure will have a light footprint in order to preserve the surrounding paths and keep their authenticity, and its decoration is inspired by the desert and traditional tribal clothing.
Guests can choose from 36 suites with terraces and views and 40 villas high up in the dunes.
Within the main building there will be the reception hall and a lounge, a shop, meeting space, prayer rooms and a community lounge, as well as an artisans' village providing local arts and crafts, as well as dance and music performances. Food and beverage offerings will include an all-day restaurant, chef's table and cookery school as well as a juice bar, beer bar and water bar.
And of course, the resort will feature the iconic Six Senses spa.
